As always during the holiday season we know everyone gets a little bit busier and we like to give our staff some extra time off so we run on a slightly reduced schedule.

Here are the days and times that classes will be held over the next couple of weeks. We are also changing up the content so be sure to look at what class is being held in each of these time slots because it might not be the same as usual.

NOTE: THERE IS NO CHILDCARE FROM DEC 23 – JAN 1. All kids are welcome to hang out in the gym during workouts so long as they are well behaved. They can even workout with you in classes if they would like.

Normal office hours, schedule, and childcare resumes on January 2nd! Have a happy and healthy holiday season and feel free to pop in as little or as often as you like to avoid crazy family members at home and burn off the second or third serving of turkey.
