Open Gym Membership – starts at $45 per month
A membership gives you access to Back Alley Fitness 24h a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our swipe key-fob system allows you to unlock the door at your convenience.
Amenities include two full power squats racks, barbells, dumbbells from 5 to 110lbs, bumper/oly lifting plates, circuit equipment, free weights, bands, medicine balls, kettlebells, tires, and so much more. There is also a turf track for sleds/prowlers and treadmills, bikes, and rowers for the cardio enthusiasts. Change rooms, showers, and towel service is also included. Drop-in to any fitness class is $5 when you hold an Open Gym membership.
Unlimited Group Training Membership – starts at $70 per month
Membership includes access to up to 40 classes a week plus 24h access to the gym via our access key-fob system.
Several time slots during the week to accommodate any schedule, classes are 35-60 min each and are taught by our certified and experienced personal trainers and group fitness instructors. They are the best of the best teaching and motivating you at the best rate possible.
The 9-11am classes also include an option for childminding if you want to bring your littles while you work out so they can socialize and play with our attentive childminding staff. There is NO ADDITIONAL cost for childminding.
POWERLIFTING CLUB – $125 per month
Progressive monthly programming done by Coach Colin to increase competition lifts and prepare for meets.
This membership includes your 24h access as well as prep work for meet day such as weigh ins, opening attempts, and coaching/handling at most meets. Our team also hosts one local meet per year in February in Medicine Hat so you are guaranteed at least one local competition within the 100% Raw Powerlifting Federation to put your hard work to the test if you wish.
We are the only competitive powerlifting team in Medicine Hat and we have a great deal of specialty equipment to take your lifts to the next level in this strength sport. Coach Colin has mentored with Ed Coan, Matt Wenning, and Stan Efferding, and continues to increase his learning and love of this sport.
