Open Gym Membership – $45 per month

A membership gives you access to Back Alley Fitness 24h a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our swipe key-fob system allows you to unlock the door at your convenience. 

Amenities include two full power squats racks, barbells, dumbbells from 5 to 110lbs, bumper/oly lifting plates, circuit equipment, free weights, bands, medicine balls, kettlebells, tires, and so much more. There is also a turf track for sleds/prowlers and treadmills, bikes, and rowers for the cardio enthusiasts. Change rooms, showers, and towel service is also included. Drop-in to any fitness class is $5 when you hold an Open Gym membership.

Unlimited Class Membership – $65 per month

Membership includes access to up to 30 classes a week plus 24h access to the gym via our access key-fob system. Classes to choose from are Muscle Max (weight training technique and lean muscle building), Cardio Kickboxing (a sweat dripping stress relieving class), Metabolic Conditioning (cardio and weights mixed in the ultimate fat burning session), and Absolution (a focus on core strength and tightening). Technique is a specialized class for those who want to do Powerlifting but need help with certain moves and form.

Time slots during the week include 6:00am, 6:45am, 9:15am, 10:15am, 5:15pm, 6:15pm, and 7:15pm. Saturday classes are available at 10:00am and 11:00am. Classes are 45 minutes each and are taught by our certified and experienced PERSONAL TRAINERS! They are the best of the best teaching and motivating you at the best rate possible. The 9:15am and 10:15am classes also include an option for childcare if you want to bring your littles while you work out. There is an additional cost of $30 per month for up to 3 children.

POWERLIFTING CLUB – $100 per month

Progressive programming done by Coach Colin to increase competition lifts.
