I would like to start by saying if you have a chance to train with Ally and you do not take it, you are missing out on a life-changing experience. She has tons of knowledge and experience (her enthusiasm and passion for this is out of this world) and I would not be the healthy, happy and motivated person I am today without her.   She changed my life.

I am one of those stories, I tried all of my adult life after having my children to lose the weight and feel better about myself. And no matter what I tried I would end up giving up on it. I hated working out. Then I met Ally. She has given me the tools and knowledge to work out and love it. She taught me what I needed to know and how to achieve my goals.

Before training with Ally I had back pain every day of my life. The doctors couldn’t figure it out so I just lived with it. A few weeks after training with Ally my bank pain was gone. She taught me the right techniques so I wouldn’t hurt myself and also helped with the strain and pain in my back that I just lived with.

A little while after starting with Ally she asked if I wanted to try an 8-week challenge I thought I don’t think I can do this but I was so caught up in her enthusiasm and passion that I could do this and I said yes. Then I went home that night and thought what did I just sign up for, I will never be able to complete this. Well low and behold I did complete it and it was the best thing I could have ever done. Ally worked with me every step of the way. The results were phenomenal.

I now love working out and tell everyone who will listen what an awesome person Ally is for helping me see what I needed to do to get there and not hate doing it.   I can remember when I first started with Ally I thought she was crazy to think I could do the programs she was setting up for me. But to my surprise I could. She knew how far to push me which was always past my comfort zone and she also knew when it was enough. I was amazed at what I could accomplish by pushing myself.

Then Ally had to go back to Medicine Hat and I thought I would fall off of the workout wagon but I didn’t. She is in my head every day that I work out pushing me along. It also helps that she keeps in contact and still works with me on new programs. I get motivated all over again every time I talk to her. I have never felt this great about myself ever. And I have Ally to thank for that.

Now Ally is helping me train for a half marathon that my husband does every year and every year I want to do it but I am never ready. Now I know I will be ready and able to complete it with an amazing time. So excited.   Not very often in life you find someone that has a huge impact on your life and also get a great friend out of it.     – Angela
