Group Training Class

Forget about spending hours on a treadmill to lose weight/burn fat. Get lean and preserve your hard earned muscle with a blend of high intensity interval training and strongman conditioning exercises. This circuit style class is a mix of weights and cardio for a session that burns some major calories and leaves you sweating. We incorporate tools like tires, sledgehammers, weight sleds, medicine balls, battle ropes and so much more so that you never do the same workout twice and you are always being challenged to the next level. This is an especially great workout for the guys who think that group training classes are designed for women. We love to lift heavy, get strong, and trim down a little all at the same time.

Now if this class just sounded terrifying to you or you thought ‘oh man…I am not in shape enough for that’ I am here to tell you right now that you would be incorrect. Every class is designed in a way that you get to be in charge of the workout you get. Modifications for all exercises are available so that if you need to tone it down a bit, go slower, or lift lighter you are able to do that! If you want to amp it up and add more challenge, that is also an option. But at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter what anyone else is doing in ANY of our classes, our coaches adjust to fit your individual needs.
