Our Mommyfit programs are designed for people who want to take some time for their health and fitness so that they can be the best version of themselves. MommyFit is scheduled during our childminding hours so that you can get a workout in while your little ones can play and socialize in a safe and fun space and you get an hour of ‘me time’. This class is not exclusive to just ‘mommies’. We have had dads, grandpas, and moms of furbabies participate because the time of the classes suited them best.
The classes are based on our BIG THREE main programs so that you are getting the same quality programming and instruction, just with a bit of a different name, to identify the added childminding feature available.
MommyFit Kickboxing = Cardio Kick
MommyFit Bootcamp = METCON
MommyStrong = Muscle Max
Lastly, our MommyFit program (as with any of our programs) are pre and post natal friendly. Our coaches are experienced in working with members who want to stay healthy and active while they are pregnant or who have recently given birth. We prioritize privacy so if you are newly pregnant but haven’t publicly announced your news, we can adjust your program discreetly to keep you and baby healthy and safe throughout your fitness journey.
