Continuing education is something we hold in high regard and promote all our trainers pursue regularly and offer financial incentives for our staff who continue their education. Our mission is to help you become the strongest version of yourself. Education gives us the tools to help you, whatever your situation may be.
On our team we have members that specialize in: Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning, Sports Performance, Body Building, Powerlifting and Strength Training and Lifestyle and Habit changes. Colin and Ally are constantly helping their staff perfect their craft through staff training and mentorship. Everyone brings a wealth of knowledge and a different take on what it is to be fit and strong. Our team is diverse, all have different experience and clients they excel with.

Private or semi private training (2-4 people session) is available for those who want to take their training to the next level with a more personalized hands on coach available with you every single step of the way.
We have several trainers to choose from depending on your wants, needs, schedule, budget, and who you feel you will build the best coach – client relationship with to help you accomplish your goals. We recommend you take advantage of one free 30 minute consultation session with the trainer of your choice to meet with them and discuss your goals.
Sessions are 60 minutes long and are prepaid in 12 – 24 – 36 session packages. Financing or monthly payment options are available on training packages. Semi private training costs are paid for by each person in the training session and are not split cost as that can cause issues if one person cannot continue or is away for an extended period and the cost for others in the group goes up.
** all personal training clients are required to have an active monthly membership for the entire duration of their training commitment
