Muscle MAX is a Back Alley Fitness signature program unique from anyone else. The focus in this class is on highly effective resistance training principles that keep you continually progressing for weeks, months or years to come.
This class is designed in monthly intervals so that you body is able to perfect exercise technique, challenge yourself from week to week so that your body continues to adapt, and then change it up when your body has gotten the max potential out of the program. The training programs vary between upper, lower and full body classes depending on the style of program we are running that month and the focus is on teaching people who might be unfamiliar with weight training how to do techniques correctly, how to follow them in a sequence that gives the best benefit, how to capitalize on the number or reps and sets and rest, and how to choose the weight (challenge) that is correct for your body and your goals. This is an excellent program for beginners who are intimidated by weight training and low impact option for those who are just starting out. Muscle MAX is also highly effective for those who have been weight training for years but haven’t seen much change in their bodies or strength in a long time and need a more focused program design to step it up a notch.
